Steps to Access RevolutionPHR

1. Access the Internet through your preferred browser on any desktop or mobile device.
2. Go to:  https://www.revolutionphr.com
3. Insert the Username provided by Center Valley Eye Care staff.
4. Insert the Temporary Password created for you.
5. You’ll then be prompted re-enter your Temporary Password and then update it with a new one. Your new password must be at least 6 characters long, including at least one number and one capital letter.
